Oil delivery is 0.687 in³ per handle stroke during low-pressure advance and 0.151 in³ per stroke in the high-pressure stage. The larger initial delivery advances the cylinder before substantial resistance develops.
Matching the pump to the circuit
Check the cylinder's oil requirement and allow for the hose and connected equipment when sizing the system. The P392 and P80 have the same maximum pressure rating, but the P80 supplies 134 in³ of usable oil for applications requiring more volume. Cylinder, hose and gauge are purchased separately.
