A 122 in³ oil-capacity rating gives the P2001 BVA Hydraulics hand pump a larger stated supply than the 67 in³ P1201. The P2001 uses two speed operation and a steel reservoir for single acting hydraulic service.
The external release valve provides control of the return flow from the cylinder. An internal pressure relief valve protects against overload, and maximum working pressure is 10,000 psi.
Compare the cylinder’s oil requirement with usable pump capacity rather than choosing on tonnage alone. BVA lists a 3/8 in-18 NPTF outlet and allows horizontal or vertical operation.
